Woodlands is a magnificent Victorian residence in the Torrs Park conservation area, set in large gardens in an elevated position with far reaching views over the town.
The property has been sympathetically modernised to provide very comfortable guest accommodation without losing its Victorian charm. All our rooms are en-suite, with 5* Egyptian cotton bed linen, freeview TV, and wireless internet. Including deluxe rooms with Super king beds and Balcony rooms over looking the garden, we have a range of accommodation for a relaxing holiday, a romantic getaway or an activity break. Some car parking is available. New for 2012 is our guest sitting room, a charming triple aspect balcony room, newly decorated, carpeted and furnished.
We offer an extensive menu served in our elegant dining room. Select our renowned Woodlands traditional breakfast with local bacon, sausages and free range eggs, or try smoked haddock, or continental with fresh fruit salad.
