Chris, Christine, Robin and Mary are the proud new owners of Woodlands, a magnificent Victorian residence with a mature woodland garden in an elegant conservation area of Ilfracombe.

Torrs Park is in an elevated position with far reaching views over the town. We are close to the coastal path but also within easy reach of the award winning Tunnels Beaches, and a short walk from the Harbour, Landmark Theatre, restaurants and night life.

Woodlands has been sympathetically modernised to provide very comfortable four star guest accommodation without losing its Victorian charm. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and relaxed and we will do all we can to help you enjoy your stay. We have a range of accommodation for a relaxing holiday, romantic getaway or an activity break. Our Deluxe Rooms are very spacious, Premium Rooms well appointed and we have a Family Suite, Twin Rooms and a 4 Poster with Balcony.

Our renowned breakfasts are served in our spacious dining room. We offer an extensive menu including locally caught fish and locally supplied bacon, sausages and eggs. Additional breakfast specialities will be available during the summer season.

We hope guests will share our enjoyment of the one acre landscaped gardens which are a special feature of Woodlands. Three of our rooms have balconies overlooking the garden, which slopes gently down to a stream, and most rooms have garden views.
